INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Responding to requests: managing your request for contact, information, or a quote (legal basis: implementation of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request - art. 6.1.b GDPR).


4. Nature of the Contribution and Consequences of Refusal

Providing your data for purpose A) is necessary to respond to your requests. Refusal to provide your data will make it impossible to process your request. Consent for purpose B) is optional and can be revoked at any time.


5. Processing Methods

The data will be processed both on paper and using IT/electronic tools, ensuring adequate security and confidentiality measures.


6. Data Recipients

The data will not be disclosed. It may be shared with external parties acting as data processors (e.g., IT consultants, cloud service providers).


7. Storage Times

The data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to process the request or for the duration of the contract, and subsequently for the legal terms (e.g., 10 years for civil purposes) or until consent is revoked.


8. Rights of the Data Subject (Articles 15-22 GDPR)

You have the right to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability, by sending a communication to greenkayaps@gmail.com.


9. Right of Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority: www.garanteprivacy.it).
