Things to bring: hat with visor, sunglasses, sunscreen, swimsuit, short-sleeved T-shirt to wear under the life jacket (we provide the latter), warmer T-shirt (for those who are particularly sensitive to the cold and depending on the season), rock shoes (or flip-flops), water bottle, complete change of clothes and shoes, beach towel.

Only for those who suffer from seasickness: a tablet and/or specific bracelets.

Equipment provided: kayak, paddle, life jacket, shared dry bag for storing small personal items.

The outing includes an initial briefing with basic instructions for the correct use of the paddle and the posture to maintain in the kayak while navigating.

Route description:

Departure from the Lido Conchiglie slipway. We'll visit the Montagna Spaccata cave. Along the way, you'll be able to admire the Oasis of the Four Columns from the sea. We'll continue towards the bay of Santa Maria al Bagno, where we can stop for a rest and a swim.
