For safety reasons, excursions may be subject to change or canceled depending on weather conditions. Any cancellations or requests to postpone or advance the date due to adverse weather will be communicated as soon as possible. Such communications may, however, be made the day before the excursion.

Kayaking is a very fun sport and easy to learn. It's accessible to everyone and allows you to enjoy peaceful moments in nature. It can be done in any season, using the right clothing, but not in all weathers. Since it's an ocean activity, there are some simple rules to follow to avoid being caught unprepared.

For this reason, we have decided to list some safety rules for accessing our excursions:

- the life jacket must be worn at all times during the excursion: it can only be removed when landing;

- The minimum age to use a single kayak is 14; children aged 4 to 13 may only participate in the excursion if accompanied by a parent and using a double kayak. Children aged 14 to 18 require the permission of a parent or guardian.

- Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Parents/guardians will be the primary supervisors of minors and will be responsible for ensuring ethical and safe behavior;

- Anyone who is afraid of water or cannot swim is not permitted on the excursions (knowing swimming styles isn't necessary, just knowing how to stay afloat independently is sufficient). Kayaking can always cause you to lose your balance and fall into the water: this isn't dangerous, but it can become an unpleasant situation if you lose control.

- the team leader's directives must always be followed: he has more experience and knowledge of the territory and knows how to handle every situation;

- due to the construction characteristics of our single kayaks, they cannot be used by people weighing more than 100 kg or taller than 190 cm;

- each participant is personally responsible for any risky behavior for themselves or others, particularly if they take personal initiatives despite the instructors' advice;

- The participant declares, under his/her own responsibility, that he/she is in good health and is in a suitable physical and mental condition for the excursion. (For activities involving sun exposure, or if taking photosensitizing medications, such as corticosteroids, it is always best to avoid sun exposure. Therefore, in addition to carefully reading the contraindications listed on the package insert, please consult your doctor.)

- respect the departure times and the established program, adapting to any changes made by the instructors;

- Arrive in good physical condition, wearing appropriate clothing, and wearing appropriate equipment for the excursion. If in doubt, consult the organizers before the excursion day;

- maintain disciplined behavior throughout the initiative, respecting people;

- We recommend providing your own waterproof containers for transporting electronic devices while sailing. The organizers disclaim any liability related to such items.

- the person who books the excursion on behalf of friends and/or relatives is required to share the following regulations with them;

- the program may be subject to changes at the discretion of the guides, for technical or safety reasons, and due to adverse weather conditions;

For everything else, we always rely on common sense. Given the unforeseen situations that can arise at sea, a spirit of adaptation and collaboration must be the foundation of every outing.

Other small (but no less important) precautions:

During the tours, we will also learn to take care of the nature that surrounds us, collecting and bringing back to shore waste found in the sea. Upon our return, we will then show you how and where to separate it.

We'd like to ask you to follow our vision by staying offline (which is why we've decided to stop providing phone cases), "unplugging" from your routine, and immersing yourself completely in nature, without worrying about anything else: we'll take some photos of you to remember the experience, and then send them to you upon our return!

Have fun!!!n fun!!!
